Knife Maintenance

-Stainless Steel Blades Need Minimum Maintenance From Corrosions. Do not leave them in bleach or cleaning solutions or in highly acidic environments for extended periods of time.

-Tool Steel Blades: After use, hand wash and dry completely before putting them away

-These Knives Are NOT Dishwasher Safe

-Edge Maintenance: Use either a ceramic “sharpening steel” for quick touch ups or use a water stone. There are various fixed angle sharpening systems available that can help as well. WARNING: Use Of “Pull Through” Type Knife “Sharpeners” Will permanently damage the edge of these knives.
